Our customer service hours are from 10:00am - 5:00pm PST Monday through Friday. While we strive for excellent customer service, please allow up to 72 hours for responses. You can contact us via a chat or Contact page.
After you have completed your purchase an emailed confirmation will be sent. Order processing takes 3-5 business days depending on volume of orders. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with shipping tracking number.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All shipping is done Monday - Friday. All orders are delivered through USPS. Pricing for shipping is based on the weight of your order. We do offer international shipping as well. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Love Tied Waistbeads is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. It is essential to make sure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout as we are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address. If you have mistakenly entered the wrong address notify us immediately before order is shipped providing order number with "Urgent Address Change" in the subject line or a chat. This will ensure priority attention. For any issues with shipping please contact USPS and provide tracking number.
